Java Virtual Machine Launcher Error (New Launcher)

I have Premium account. and I'm using the new Minecraft Launcher (MinecraftDev.exe)

When I opened the Launcher, It gave this error.

Please can you help me ?

Make sure that you've downloaded the latest version of Java from http://java.com/
Uninstall any old versions in Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features, too.

try saving this in a new text document on your desktop and saving it in all folders, and then type the file extension .bat after what you save it as:

javaw -Xmx1024m -Xms1024m -jar C:\Users\"your computer username here"\Desktop\MinecraftDev.jar

you may also have to change the extension of MinecraftDev.exe to MinecraftDev.jar by renaming it.
and then just launch it with the bat file.
