When the newest update (1.5.2) came out I started experiencing this bug. Whenever i try to move (or jump) my avatar will continue to do that action. I can"t stop it, the only way it stops is when the game chooses to stop. I don't have to be clicking and moving, it just happens with every direction, every time.
Also when I move items in my inventory, or chest,creative inv ect... I have to drag and drop them where i want them to go.
I am sure it is not a software error, I am running a fairly new computer from 2012, with tons of ram and space. (Windows Gateway Laptop)
I have tried these methods (none worked)
Updating LWJGL
Installing Java 6 update 38 (64 bit)
Deleting then re-installing my entire .minecraft
OptiFine
I don't have (things that could cause it)
Firefox
Opti-Fine
This is NOT caused by lag, my FPS is great.
Help is appreciated.

Stupid question, but are there any issues with your keyboard? Try plugging in an external keyboard (if you are using a laptop) or try another keyboard. Besides that, try reinstalling Minecraft, updating LWJGL afterward, and try it before adding any mods. This also may be a keyboard configuration issue. Try looking into your keyboard settings on your computer.
I have never had any problems with my keyboard, and still do not.
My keyboard is fine, Minecraft is not, but thanks for the help.

I am also having this problem and i tried 2 other keyboards i have java 7, a new pc (its only a few months old), and this is a really annoying bug that needs Attention.

I Figured out what a Dxdiag is, but what do you want from it, and what do you mean by "refer to the new stick by cesti.
And i know not all stuck keys is caused by lag, just a lot of people on other threads said it was lag.
None worked
