My minecraft worked fine on windows 7 before I upgraded to windows 8 here are 2 paste bins of my error and my dxdiag log.

Microsoft has installed their generic drivers when you have updated to Windows 8. Installing these drivers from AMD should fix it.

Update your video drivers and did you update with windows update?
