Well, heres the issue, i decided to delete my minecraft.jar's after this issue (http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1794347-small-problem-pretty-confused/) however now i tried to play, which should automatically download a new minecraft.jar, and i get a screen that says "Done loading" as soon as i log in and it just stays there and it never downloaded a new minecraft.jar, is this a known 1.5.2 issue? any help? at all..?
You may need to reinstall the locally installed files that Minecraft puts into place.

That seems to have worked but i dont have the coal blocks or anything related to horses so i assume those are only in the snapshots, now ill try re adding mods, thanks a bunch!
On a side note is there a topic or article anybody can point me to that explains modding within the new launcher? Im not sure if i should use it yet because im not entirely sure how theyve changed things
