Ever since the 1.5.2 update, when I click on Multiplayer, my minecraft crashes. I then went ahead and deleted my servers.dat file and then I could finally access the multiplayer screen, but then once I click on "Add Server" it crashes again. Any help would be much appreciated.
Here's the crash report as well:

Welcome to the Forum.
Please try manually updating LWJGL to 2.9.1.
Please also quote me when replying.
Well I updated the LWJGL, and it still crashes unfortunately, but the crash report shows that I've updated to the 2.9 version, so it must be something else.

It might be a corrupted install. Remove all files from the minecraft folder, and remember to backup your saves. Then run the game, does it still crash when attempting to access Multiplayer?

Retired StaffPlease update to Java 7
http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Note that you have to update LWJGL to 2.9.0, it has reverted when you reinstalled Minecraft. If you did not update, you will get the "cannot get JAWT interface" error for LWJGL 2.8.4
If none of that works, it might be a bug with Minecraft itself, of which you should report here
