When I try to log i, It just dosen't.
Then it gives me two decisions: Try again,or,Play offline
But the "play offline" won't work and will say "not downloaded"

Please help.

Login failed implies either

You entered invalid login credentials(usually the case, since your username to login should be your email),
You're trying to login into an account that does not contain Minecraft, or
that you have not created your profile name yet.
Please go to https://account.mojang.com/me and tell us if you see Minecraft listed under My Games.
