Do you know what video card you have? You should just buy a new graphics card because even if you are able to play it you will get like 2frames per second.

To check what kind of graphics card you have, do the following:

1. Push the Windows key and R simultaneously to open the Run prompt
2. Type "dxdiag" in the box and hit enter
3. Wait for it to load, then click on the "Display" tab
4. Check what's listed as the "Name" of the Device

That'll help us figure out what's wrong. I'd wager it's older hardware that doesn't feature proper hardware acceleration (basically, having the graphics card do something that it's much better at than the CPU is).

Download the full software suite from the page to which I have previously linked, after completing the instructions in the first guide to remove any existing ATI drivers.

If you don't have any other ATI drivers installed, download the aforementioned drivers and install them. This should hopefully resolve your issue.
