Now I have Minecraft for Mac. The problem is I have the Minecraft client, but there is no Minecraft folder in the Application Support folder. Making impossible to add Texture Pacts and Mods.
Now I have deleted and re-downloaded it before to resolve a preexisting issue, hope that helps.
See the Mac FAQ which will tell you how to find the correct folder as there are multiple libraries
I know it's in Library/Application Support/minecraft. The problem is the minecraft folder isn't even there. I even tried typing it in the search and turned up empty.

There are two Application Support folders, be sure to find the right one. If you are on a newer Mac OS X, you might have to enter this command first in Terminal.

Don't be a fool. If you have Minecraft running then you have a minecraft folder QED.
Read the FAQ. Section B is all about finding this elusive folder.
