What cestislife mean is, its not posible to go around,
its part of the game that in Multiplayer u get the world every time from server.
On other games lice "Teamfortres" u have an fix map and only player position was transmittet, on MC the map is never the same.
(the map change block by block and player by player)
The only way to save bandwidth is to play "Singelplayer" or make u one Server in u local Net.

My issue is Minecraft keeps redownloading the server world everytime I log into server.
Any way to get around this for me?
