Hey you guys, so I've been looking all over for a solution to my problem, but I can't find one, so I was hoping you could help. My issue is, I have two monitors, one plugged in using VGA to the onboard video, and the other plugged in with DVI into my Geforce GTX 560 Ti. I have been playing minecraft on my Xbox, mostly because whenever I play on my 23" monitor with my PC, I only am getting about 25-32 FPS. Which it is really hard for me to play with that low of FPS. So I have fittled around with some things, and ultimately realized that on my monitor plugged in with VGA, I get 40-60 FPS. Any ideas why I'm getting 8 or more FPS less off of the 560 Ti than the onboard?
Make sure your nvidia card us handling the graphics. Right click on your desktop and select nvidia control panel. Click on manage 3D settings and make sure the preferred graphics processor is the high performance nvidia processor.
PS, I mean "Video Card Makes it Worse"...
