Just bought and downloaded minecraft for my mid 2010 macbook pro 13 inch model running mountain lion. Almost instantly my character will walk on his own with any of the walking keys and also jumping constantly with the space bar.
I tried googling but all I could find was searches about this issue on windows and linux and couldn't find a fix or how to fix it for mac.

I suggest you update your LWJGL.

I've encountered the black screen when launching minecraft after updating lwjgl. I tried both versions in the auto updater and then tried doing it manually but still get the black screen
Edit* Figured it out....I just retyped my user name and password and then it worked
Ok I thought everything was fixed, but updating lwjgl did not fixed this issue. I completly removed java and reinstalled it to the latest version and re did everything else and he still will randomly move on its own or jump.
