MineCraft Server Bars are all 1 Bar?

So I recently had to "Refresh" my computer, basically wiping it! When I re-installed MineCraft I put in my server IP.... it said it had 1 bar! (Before my wipe I was getting almost all or all of them) I restarted my server and still no luck, and I just put in another server and it does the same thing! Help? Maybe Reinstall? I don't know, need some help!

Those are called "ping bars" and are at most times not accurate. I wouldn't worry about them.
