i'm having the same issue, i ran the intel auto-updater mentioned above & it says my video card is up to date (intel 945chipset family) and i also tried adding minecraft.exe to the exception list on DEP per a post on opengl.org /discussion_boards/showthread.php/175397-How-to-accrelate-openGL-mode-for-minecraft/page3 (i've seen other posts that a new user cant post links so i've un-linked it). i've never ran minecraft & my os is xp on an acer aspire one netbook with nothing changed from original system. i'm really enjoy minecraft PE on my cell & was looking forward to playing the full version on pc.
