Ive tried redownloading the game several times unsuccessfully. Also the full error report is nonexistant as there is no "Application support" folder on my computer. Is the game not installing correctly? Heres the error report

Updated, same error message received

Just tried to reopen it to retrieve crash log. Doesn't display one now, just a black screen after login.

If you do not feel like doing so, another alternative would be to downgrade to Java 6.

Tried downgrading to Java 6 followed the directions precisely. Same result as before (crashes after login, black screen, no crash report)
