Black Screen on Minecraft start up

Every time that I start minecraft the launcher comes up. Then I would log in and the Mojang logo shows and after that the screen just turns black. The screen also freezes after. HELP!!

More info needed: Is it modded in any way? What is the error report log say?

I just downloaded it on April 20th and all i did was play it. I've never added any mods to it or any thing like that. Whats the error report log?
