So, I'm updating my adventure map adding in some of the new 1.5 goodies, and I find I am getting this in game error message spammed in my face every so often. I did a google search and most I could find were people saying it's related to forge back in 1.4, or that it's some bukkit error.. or it's related to this or that..

But the deal is, I'm not using bukkit, and also not using forge... and to be safe I even said screw it and did a fresh instal with no mods.. and still.. every so often I get this error message popping up.

Now I opted to TP myself to the coord's shown.. and found the 'sign' it can't seem to find.



My chair end, located in a building near the start of my map... something that has been there for ages, something placed by hand in creative, not by mcedit or mods or anything.. just creative, plunk blank sign for chair end...

So I remove it... and every other sign in the house just to be sure.... Left and sure enough wasn't long before..


There are no minecraft error logs, just this annoying thing.

JUST TO BE SURE I sent the map to a few friends, and they also have reported the very same error message.


It just.. happens.. nothing seems to trigger it

So tell me what is causing this and how do I get rid of it?

If you read, I already said I had done a fresh jar. But it don't fix it. I also found another custom map that I play on and it does the same thing only spams it for a LOT more signs.

I'm trying to record a lets play of it, but that is becoming very distracting. Even if I remove the signs the error still pops back up.
