So I usually play minecraft on the 360 but I wanna start playing the PC version as well so I'm getting a new laptop soon and I'm not really one to know about good or bad laptops.. so here's the info about the laptop:
Processor Type: AMD E-300 accelerated processor
Ram: 2 GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6310 with 948 MB
Operating System: Windows 8
Resolution: 1366 × 768
I don't know if I'm missing any important info so if I am just let me know! But will this be good for minecraft on the PC?
It should do, the only thing you may need to make sure is that windows is using the correct AMD drivers for your video card and not windows own drivers

According to the Minecraft Wiki, a laptop with similar specs gets ~60FPS.
Do you know bad the lag would be with 60 FPS?
As webrosc said, try the demo and see for yourself
The AMD E-300 is somewhat better than AMD C-60, but both are netbook/low-end notebook parts.
It will be possible to play Minecraft, but performance will not be good (Optifine will help). More demanding modern games are unlikely to playable.
If you are buying a computer to play games on, these are not adequate.
I'm really just getting it for minecraft, I have my 360 for other games.. but how much better will optifine make it?
I don't have a laptop.
My computer specs can be found here.
Intel GMA 3150 (in my opinion) is so bad that it can't be summarized with words.
1MB of L2 cache is quite a low amount compared to what I have.
I think you'd be better off going for the original computer you suggested.
One last question, how much FPS would the 2nd one give me?

What about a different laptop with a AMD C-60 Dual-core processor and a AMD Radeon HD 6290 with 949MB??

What kind of laptop do you have and how much? And what about the info I just put above?
One last question, how much FPS would the 2nd one give me?
Well then I guess I'll go with the first one! Thank you!
