I've been having an issue with minecraft for a couple days- it does not start, at all. I use magic launcher so I tried to start minecraft through the normal exe, but that did not work either. I've uninstalled and re-installed and un-updated and re-updated my java multiple times, but that does not work.
It is not only an issue with minecraft however, as eclipse does not start either. When I try to start eclipse, I get the following dialogue box.



Java works on Google Chrome however so I can still play through browser mode, but I'd certainly prefer to get this problem fixed.

Minecraft does not give me an error; nor does it blackscreen- it just doesn't start at all when I try to run it. I didn't post anything on the eclipse forums, at least not as of yet.

Is clearly important, I'll re-download 64bit despite that I'm rather confident I've already downloaded it.
