Nevermind that, I'm going to be civil. I find that is a sign of poor character and ignorance as having more than 60 FPS really does nothing. You'll find that nobody will care much one way or the other how many FPS you can pull out of that rather unreasonably priced computer, so why bother?
Oh lordy, someone spent probably hundreds of dollars more for flashy lights then they needed to and wants to brag about something that wouldn't even have made a difference to anyone anyway. Look, your question is answered, your VSync was on, but for heavens sake, no need to brag to others about your FPS and the only way you achieved this was buying a machine that you overpriced on anyway.
