I'm trying to join someone else's server. I can play for a few minutes, 10 ~ 20 minutes, sometimes even an hour, but I'll eventually end up with something like 1 frame per 6 or 7 seconds. I know for a fact it's not my computer, here's the specs:
------------------
System Information
------------------
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.130318-1533)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 32720MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
^^^^^ But this for whatever reason doesn't seem to work.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've put the in-game settings as low as they'll possibly go, and there's still lag. It is only happening with my client and it's happening on multiple servers. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Now, I've updated my Java, I've tried creating a batch file containing the following:
javaw -Xmx8192m -Xms4096m -jar "C:\Users\Lindsay\Desktop\Minecraft.exe"
