Minecraft Server Will Not Work: .LCK?

My server is not working. I start it up but my friends can't join for some reason. I looked and there was a .LCK file in the server file. My server worked fine but ever since .LCK showed up it wont work... HELP ME!

Still doesnt work. I put time for this server and im sad to see it not working....

just to let you know this is for Unmodded Client Support. next time you need help with your server can you use server support?
