So I've had this problem for several months now. I will load up Minecraft, the login screen will come up fine, then I will start it and the loading bar will come up, but when it is done it just black screens and crashes. I have tried forcing update and reinstalling minecraft, as well as updating Java.
I looked in the .minecraft folder and I only have the bin folder, no saves or texture packs or anything like that. What's the problem?
