I have a problem but when i log in minecraft immediately crashes. Here is the report.

The vticd.dll file is the UniChrome (Pro) IGP ICD Driver of the VIA/S3G CLE266 / KM400 / KN400 / K8M800 / K8N800 model video cards. Simply speaking, the vticd.dll file is the OpenGL driver for the video cards mentioned.
Looking at the make of graphics card the dll is linked to, it might be the card is too old
