Okay, so I run on a Mac on Snow Leopard (I think, I know its not any Lion) version 10.6.8. Recently, I was trying to get on my Minecraft and it wouldn't launch. The icon would pop up on my dock for a split second and then disappear. I checked my /Application Support/Minecraft folder and everything seemed to be in working order. So, I just deleted the folder and installed a new one. Well, the same thing happened again. I did the same thing, deleted, got a new one and start. Nothing, same thing would happen over and over and over. Because of this, I was prompted to try using Minecraft on the other Macs in my house. All of the Macs run on the same OS and Minecraft started on them and ran perfectly fine on the others. It is just my computer.
My computer is technically mine (as in I own it but my school still has software on it for when I'm at school) and my school changed servers over Spring Break. They didn't have to install any new software, as far as I know, on my computer to change the password. And my Minecraft ran fine until this Friday when it started to bug.
Also, I cleared my downloads folder and deleted everything in it. I do it every so often so I can have more GB on my computer. But, I've never had this error happen when I've done it.
So, my question is, has anyone else been experiencing this problem? And, what can I do to fix this?
