I need help my minecraft just keeps flashing and its really bothering me because I tend to livestream.

If someone could help me I would love it.

Is it everything that is flashing? Is it just certain blocks? Water? If so it may be optifine if you are using that. Try disabling muticore chunk loading.

Yeah, when I go into inventory everything just flashes. And then, once I exit it constantly flashes.
