It's an issues with your connection, it's timing out and causing you to disconnect from the server, Try resetting your router and modem and see if that solves your issues.

I tried reconnecting and resetting the router it still didn't work. this has been happening for several days now. but thanks anyway
Your firewall is kicking in, blocking off your connection. You could either add the Minecraft application to the firewall exception list, or simply disable the entire thing.
