So guys I really need help and dont know where to go!
Basically when i'm in my inventory I try to "shift, click" items and it will not work, or I try to click once then drag it doesn't allow it.....the only way it works is manually click and hold it while dragging the item, and right clicks also do not work.

Try re-installing your game. Updating JAVA will help.
