im trying to make a large doom city type thing and im making the roof right now and the light seeping through the blocks....like its not creating a constant shadow on the groung, it has light sections in a pattern on the groung bellow. is there a fix for this?
I would like to take a wild guess and that you're playing in full screen, and have a AMD/ATI video card? If so, exit full screen, and maximize the window. Do you still see them?

Try messing around with the AA settings in the catalyst control center.
