If you can see, the first picture is where the game is in fullscreen. If you see the sword is half way out of the frame. The second is not in fullscreen, and i stretched the window to make you be able to see the whole sword.
Does anyone know how you can make fullscreen like the second picture plz!

As far as I can tell, you can't because your monitor isn't wide enough. It's called FULL SCREEN for a reason

Also you fail at pictures

Try restarting Minecraft

You could change your computers resolution, that should do the trick, but I haven't tried myself.
