Hey guys, I'm having a problem with 1.5.1. A couple of times I have opened minecraft and instantly I noticed something. I saw that my username was no logger typed in (which it always is). So I just thought "Oh its probably nothing", well once it loaded minecraft and what not I noticed something else, my texture pack is not on in fact it was COMPLETELY gone off the list. Now I knew something was wrong, so I go to my worlds and their gone.
That was about a week ago. I figured this was just a one time thing, so I found the new .minecraft folder and threw the texture pack in there and started over. Just an hour ago its done it again so I figured I'd ask you guys. Whatcha guys think?
(running off a 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Mac Book Pro. Just updated the software 5 minutes ago. Has 4GB memory)
check to see if your texture pack and worlds are still in the .Minecraft folder.
If they are, then back them up and delete your .Minecraft folder and update Minecraft.
I had the same issue for some reason and Minecraft just wasn't reading my worlds or my save data. (I don't use a Texture pack though)
