I'm playing on a 2008 Macbook 4.2, (mostly offline) and every time I play with the adapter plugged in, my macbook stops charging. The percentage numbers would change into [not charging] until I turn Minecraft off.
It doesn't quite make sense, but I've used other programs that are more graphic and/or processor intensive and none of them stopped my laptop from charging, it only happens when I play Minecraft!
Thanks. Yep, I suppose that's the most logical answer.... (still baffled though that Minecraft is heavier than rendering HD videos on FInal Cut Pro ....)
Hopefully buying a new laptop will fix this

And anyway, I know it happened before with this guy's MBP so it can't be just my laptop or my charger. (This thread is from ages ago):

Does anyone have an explanation to this and how to fix it?
