Recently I saw that Minecraft was updated to 1.5.1, so I downloaded the update, then I went to download Optifine so that I could use my HD Texture Packs, but when I selected a texture pack it wouldn't work right. When I looked in the texture pack file it had everything correct in it, and another weird thing is that the sign has the normal minecraft texture while in your inventory but when placed it looks like the Texture Packs texture for the sign, then chests have the normal texture inside the inventory and placed. Let me also say that this has happened with every single HD Texture Pack I've used, and also that Optifine and the texture packs themselves are updated to the correct update. Any help guys?

Otherwise, unstitch them.

I don't know what that means, what I mean by the correct version is that it is for Minecraft 1.5.1
