I have a great computer, but I noticed that Minecraft lags ​A LOT in the Nether. I have a really good computer, so it shouldn't be doing this.

My Computer:

16GB of RAM
AMD 3.1 GHz Processor
1 GB AMD Radeon Video Card

I tried using Optifine, but it only made it stop lagging for a minute.



ANY HELP WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED!

Thats not complete specs dude... Complete Specs include your actual processor model, GPU Model and how large your HDD/SSD's are.

Here's my Spec's

6 GB of RAM
AMD Athalon X4 650
Nvidia GTX 560 1.5 GB VRAM
1TB HDD
250 GB HDD

Also DxDiag and if not done already update Java.

Try turning render down.
I have a great laptop what works fine on normal but dies on far.

I only missed my hard drive specs
