Hi guys, I have a problem with Minecraft 1.5 about Java.
The problem is that I recently bought a new CPU and it changed from my old CPU (32 bits) to my new cpu (64 bits), the thing is that I have Java 7 64 bits because of my CPU and I need Java 7 32 bits to run Minecraft.
When I'm playing on Minecraft, my sreen gets fronzen and a message pops up and say "the game was closed because I didn't had any RAM left (this problem happens because the game uses 32 bits, but my CPU uses 64 bits).
If you know how to fix this, please help me.
For those who want to know my CPU:
System: Windows 8 with operating system of 64 bits
Processor: Intel Core (i5) 3,00 GHz 3,20GHz
Ram Memory: 6 GB
Disk Space: 1TB
When I'm playing on Minecraft, my sreen gets fronzen and a message pops up and say "the game was closed because I didn't had any RAM left (this problem happens because the game uses 32 bits, but my CPU uses 64 bits).
This happened because your minecraft ran out of RAM. Usually minecraft uses just 1GB of RAM.
Solution: Allocate more ram to minecraft
