Do you have a hacked/modified minecraft client?
If not then force update minecraft, install any texture you find on forums, if it still does that problem

the second image looks to be possibly a server issue, your just not receiving the data fast enough possibly?

I've mainly gotten this glitch on multiplayer servers but have gotten it on single player too. Any suggestions on
how to fix this.
