I have been having problems with a lot of blocks too like half slaps and all that other stuff. There are white lines in them and stuff like that. I have already tried everything when it comes to AMD settings! can someone please help me!

could you post an image?

a wild guess here.... try checking your graphics card settings in your os and make sure AA (anti aliasing) is turned off
