Minecraft lag help! GOOD PC

I have a good gaming pc and I get 100+ FPS after it loads but when I click the icon on my desktop, it takes about 30 seconds to load and while it's loading my PC lags like CRAZY! Does anybody know a fix for this?

It could be a low powerd processor doing this

It works perfectly when it opens though? (100+ FPS)
