I have been playing Minecraft since Beta 1.4 and I never had a problem like this before. I can open Minecraft and play it normally, (single player and multiplayer), but starting with Minecraft version 1.3 of the official release, I started getting a strange bug in the Minecraft menu. If I played on a multiplayer server for a while, then loose connection/leave the game, in the multiplayer menu, it constantly searches for connection to all servers. Clicking refresh freezes Minecraft causing a java.exe task that cannot be shut down. The same thing happens when I go to the menu and click on multiplayer. The strange thing about this bug is that I don't get a crash screen/dirt screen. It just freezes and it becomes a pain to shut down. The java.exe task takes up ALL of my computers RAM giving me a blue screen to relaunch Minecraft. If anyone could help, it would be really nice.
