So my minecraft client is stuck at the Mojang screen and I cant update it or play the game. I tried to Get a new client but that didnt help. I think there is a problem with my .minecraft folder but It wont open and i cant delete it. Could anyone send me a copy of their .minecraft Folder?
In any case, try a force update.
To do so, start Minecraft, press 'Options' (above the 'Login' button), Press 'Force update!', then press 'Done', and login to Minecraft. See http://img.mcf.li/force_update.png for visual instructions.
same thing happened to me but i am on a mac. I have downloaded mods if thats the problem, but i really don't want to lose my mod progress. can anyone help me?

I also tried deleting my mods, waited 10 mins, and nothing happened. Please help.
