I've been working on an HD Texture Pack, and I've reccently run into a problem. Whenever I try to select the pack from the menu, Minecraft switches to the default pack instead, as if I were pressing the default button. All other packs, including two that I've made, work fine. The pack I've had problems with was working fine until I changed mojang.png (the new mojang.png is 512x, rather than 256x, but I don't see why that would be a problem).
I've properly named all the texture folders, edited things from default enough to tell if the pack is active or not, saved all images as .png's, included a pack.png and pack.text, and left the pack unzipped. What's going on!?
EDIT: I've also tried zipping the pack, removing extra files that I added for mod support, deleting stitched terrian and items.png, playing on the older 1.5 pre-release, downloading a new .jar, playing both online and offline (at different ip adresses), removing and adding pack.png, removing and adding pack.txt, duplicating the entire pack, using MCPatcher, and using the default mojang.png... I'm on Mac OS Snow Leopard 10.6.8 if it helps at all...

Try selecting all the texture pack components and turn it into one zip.
