since sometime mid-febuary whener i try to login it says "login failed" which is rendering me unable to do many things.
it is a PAID minecraft accout owned by my older brother so that can't be the problem.
i sometmes use some texture packs, and snapshots i get off of the curse client, that i don't know whether it is my problem or not.
and my internet connection is just fine, my usual four bars.
i don't know what is wrong. i really would like some help on this and if some one could please answer my problem? i really want to play 1.5 without the lag of snapshots.
If you're sharing accounts, and you try to play when he does, that will cause the problem. Make sure he isn't online at the time and try again. If this doesn't work, turn off your firewall and try again.
Also, use this launcher.
He rarely plays, i am usualy on when he isn't and we used to be able to be on together just fine. also, what's the launcher for?
Just to make sure you're using a new version of the launcher (i'm not sure if this will make a difference), also did you disable your Firewall? That could stop minecraft from connecting to the minecraft.net servers.

Try checking for Relevant Knowledge them use MBAM (Malware Bytes Anti-Malware) to delete the relevant knowledge malware and try running Minecraft again.
