Hi, So the problem is that i downloaded minecraft 1.4.7 version a long ago.
I tried to use it again and when i put my username and i try to run it, it goes black before the mojang title.
I tried updating it but its still the same.
I have no mod or too many items installed.
Please Help!!!

I do not recommend deleting .minecraft, because it will remove all your saves. Back them up before you try deleting the .minecraft folder.
