Minecraft application support help

Hi guys, I have a small problem... On my mac When I go to application support and I look, I don't see a file that says "Minecraft" When I do /Library/Application Support/minecraft it says "The folder can't be found" Can anyone help me with this?

Are you looking for the file that launches minecraft?

That's going to be called "minecraft.exe"

I know about that but I want to check all the files so I know where to go to when I have Installed a map.

If your typing it into terminal do not do so... Just go to your user, application support and the find the minecraft file.

I tried doing that. The going directly into the file.
