I Had My Computer For a Year and i noticed my FPS Was slowing Droping but Now its Terrible. I Started Useing Other programs and Read POsts to Improve My Fps. I Used Optifine, Added More Ram, Used Game Booster, USed Advance System Care, Swiched HArd Drive, ETC.But That Did Not Help. Also Here is My Specs and My FPS on Minecraft but also other games. ( Also To Let You Know is that I Want to run with Shaders.)
I Tryed Defragging And I USed CCleaner But THe GPU I May Check On.........
OH Also I Rember a Few Months ago Something Happend and the result was that The Computer was On a Black Background and Its was like in a boot menu and it kept taking about Repairing a File, I Did not Truned off the Computer, I Just let it do its thing.
But I Also Stoped Lots of Programs that was Running in my Back Ground.( I Did Scanned my computer for Malware and Spyware)
Ok Then I will Buy A New GPU.If it works then Thx Also For Extra Detail. I Cleaned my Computer and Video Card Which Made my Computer Quiter.Ok Getting a GPU. Which should i get? I think GTX Will Be Better.
I Just found on the Minecraft Wiki about FPS with certain Video cards And CPU's. One box showed the same Processor and etc but except the video card was Radeon 7950. The box said that if all settings are set on low they get 1000 FPS O_O ( With out optifine).

Minecraft FPS: Before:500 FPS ( With Out Shaders) 200 FPS (With Shaders) / After Year: 100 FPS (With Out Shaders) 30 FPS (With Shader)
Arma 2 FPS: Before: 100 FPS / After: 50 FPS
It Really Be Nice if I Can Solve This Problem
