Hello,
My PC was acting up recently, and I decided to use the new "Refresh" feature in Windows 8. After going through the process, I was finally able to use my computer like normal again. All the drivers were removed during this process, so I updated them to the latest version using "SW Update Utlity" that came with my Samsung laptop. Now, my Minecraft client only peaks at about 30FPS. Before the refresh, i was getting a constant 60FPS on default settings.
Specs:
Intel i5 with Intel HD 4000 Graphics
AMD Radeon 7730M 2GB Dedicated GPU
6GB RAM
I haven't configured "switcheable graphics" yet, but Minecraft was running at 60FPS on the Intel card, before the update. I want it to be like that again, because using the GPU will waste power.
Thanks!

All drivers, and Java 32-bit, have been up to date.
