on my minecraft singleplayer nothing will load , mobs wont move , chunks wont load, i get rollbacks, and i cant shoot arrows, or hit mobs, or place blocks. all my other worlds work except this particular world and its really annoying can someone help please?

singleplayer world acts like a multiplayer server with no internet nothing is loading or moving
