OK, so here's the jig.

I downloaded 1.4.7 MC because I had already updated and wanted to downgrade for the time being. I did all the stuff were you have to copy and paste the mc, change the file name, etc. Now, when I have it all set up and I login, it goes to the Updating Minecraft screen with the update about 90 percent done, and just stays there. None of my friends have this issue. Can anybody help me?

Then replace the minecraft.jar with this one
