Minecraft crash everytime that I try to connect to servers or trying to play singleplayer how can I fix this?

I'm having the same problem I can't play Minecraft at all because it keeps crashing and this is exactly what it says when it crashes.

What does it mean? I WANT TO PLAY AGAIN! D':

I can't reach reach the folder but it did start crashing right after I tried to install single player commands. But I have a mac so if you tell me how to get to the folder I can try and find it.

Well i just compleatley uninstalled everything then deleted everything involving Minecraft then reinstalled Minecraft but I am not sure how to force update but when I try that I'll post back on this forum.

Sorry to everyone reading this and it is not helping but for those it is helping YAY!

ok I looked at the forum for force updating but I can't force update my Minecraft so I just re-dealeated EVERYTHING and if you don't mind just make a list step by step on how to get my minecraft back. I know that will be a pain in the butt (trying to keep it clean) but it would be greatly appreciated. By the way when I get my minecraft back up and start making videos of all the things i love to din minecraft I will give you a huge shout out (I know I'm unknown at youtube right now but If I get big I will definitely give you a shout out in my first video and in my bio you will be the first mention before even myself)
