I've been trying to allocate more memory to minecraft, but nothing I tried works.
I've tried putting in a .bat, but when I launch by clicking on the file, the command prompt pops up for a split second and disappears. It disappears to fast for me to read it, but this is what I have in the .bat file I made using notepad.

javaw -Xmx2048m -Xms1024m -jar "C:\Users\My Name\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft"
I tried changing the Performance Parameters in Java directly, but that hasn't had an effect either.
I used this line: -Xincgc -Xmx2048
My java is up to date, but I do have mods installed. I tried deleting them, but that doesn't help.
Any help is appreciated!
