I've been playing minecraft in Single-Player for a while, and I got bored of it.
So, I started playing minecraft on Multi-player with my friends.
I used to have about 20 - 30 FPS in SP, but now in MP i start with 30 - 40, then it keeps getting low to 5 - 8 and sometimes 2 FPS.
I downloaded OptiFine, but it still didn't help that much (about 12 FPS).
The only way I could increase my FPS with it is looking to the sky (+70 FPS), but I can't play only looking at the sky :/.
If you guys got any proved solution, I'll be so pleased :).
Well if you have any other mods except optifine, you might want to delete those. I've really never seen this happen before. Another suggestion would be a better graphics card.
You should try adjusting your video settings. Switching 'Fancy' to 'Fast' should to something. Also lower your render distance, and try using something like FVdisco's oCd texture pack. Hope it helps.
Well, setting my render distance o tiny boosts my FPS to about 40 - 50, but it kinda sucks at tiny.
